2.1 Age Condition

Providing false age information will result in the immediate termination of the account, and the right to withhold any deposited funds is reserved.

2.2 Regional Eligibility

bk999 may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is made, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds may be used for betting, but funds earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• bk999 may change or discontinue any bonus promotion at any time at its discretion.
• If any strategic or fraudulent activity aimed at exploiting bonuses is detected, the account will be closed.

6.1 VIP Levels

The bk999 VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate varies by level — Bronze: up to 0.3%, Silver: up to 0.6%, Gold: up to 0.9%, Platinum: up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings).

For example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account and can be withdrawn under the standard rules.

6.2 Level Change Rules

Users can advance to a higher VIP level through regular and active play. bk999 reserves the right to determine the method and timeframe for evaluating VIP levels.

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a loss of internet connection or a technical error, the data recorded on bk999's server will be considered final.

7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change over time. The odds displayed at the time of confirming the bet apply. If a match is cancelled or suspended, bet settlement will follow the specific rules for that sport. For bet settlement on T20, BPL or ICC tournament matches, the decision of the relevant cricket board is final.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and each round is completely independent. The rules of each game are stated in its own description.

7.4 Fraud and Manipulation Prohibited

Any form of fraud, software manipulation, use of bots or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
